X-Port problems V.03

I still have the same problems as the last 2 times. After I install my Sharkport on Windows 98, I click on the Sharkport Icon on the desktop. It gives me a message saying, ''Please install USB cable drivers". I just can't seem to get it. Any help is appreciated. Please be very specific.

When you open up the programme on your PC, is there any "Upgrade" button? There's one in the top right corner of mine.

Im having a problem with my Sharkport too. When i click "read memory card" , a window pops up that says "Communication error". What can i do?

take the USB plug out of the ps2, wait a sec and plug it back in.

works for me
