X2010 X1 wanted

Have these and should be able to trade these now.

Formula Grand Turismo (dark green/yellow) - bought in the used car lot. rebuilt motor and added all race tire compounds.
GT Citroen race car - think I added all race tires.
787b from dealership. Stage 3 turbo and tires added.

Cars I have on my other PS3, but cant trade those for 24hrs. Just sent a car.

Can send 787b now. But not sure when the cap starts up again. Our last trade might be now.
What day and time is it in Japan. I dont recall if they are ahead or behind us.
