I just had my first go at the X2011 and it's almost completely uncontrollable. It immediately became apparent why - I can barely touch my wheel (G25) before the car responds with an even larger turn. More specifically if I turn my G25 a mere 45 degrees, the X2011 responds with almost 90 degrees, obviously making it ridiculously touchy.
This is pretty much the exact opposite of the highly entertaining and perfectly controllable X2010 Vettel, which responds with roughly 45 degrees when I turn my G25 90.

Is your downforce on max? That may explain the twitchiness, given you're using a wheel.

No, roughly the same - rather low - default downforce settings as the X2010. I just tried lowering them to near minimum in the X2011, but it's still ridiculously twitchy.

What's your steering sensitivity? Having a high steering sensitivity can make it handle crazily if you aren't used to it.

Steering sensitivity? You mean the last option in the menu before you load a track? I've never even considered trying it at anything other than the default zero in any car since I'm using a wheel.

I think that is for the DS3 controller but try it with the wheel.

I have to use -2 or -1 for the X1/2s as they are sensitive.

I drive all redbulls with sensitivity at 7 and I'm on a wheel no problems with either it's probably your tune I run aero 70 front 90 rear and have not a problem in the world and that's on all 4 types of redbulls carbon prototype, x2010, x2010 vettel and the x2011 its the backing of suspension and LSD setup thats making it twitchy.👍:)

Sensitivity doesn't do anything to wheels, it's just for the DS3 guys.

It does mate I've driven with it for a long time and tested it. It's sensitive mate and it effects the lag of the steering high (7) equal precision,(1) low equals sluggish. I race on 7 but use 5 on nascar races.

I've just driven this car for the first time last night and the steering with my G25 is clearly speed sensitive for some reason.

i.e. I went to Monza, 1st chicane steering is ridiculously sensitive, then once I gain speed in the parabolica it's back to normal (like the X2010), then when I brake for the second chicane it's sensitive as hell again, so less speed = more sensitive steering...which is more than a bit bunk.

I also use a wheel and the sensitivity setting has no effect on it

I have exactly the same problem here.
Compared to the X2010, it's WAAAAAY different.
At low speed, I barely have to touch my wheel and the car is turning extremely.
At high speeds, it's around the same as the X2010
