X2014 tuning exploit?

Last night, derpin' online, I has been overpassed several times at le sharte by a couple of x2014 running at incredible speed.
The guys there told me that cars were "hacked" but dont give me more details.

Anyone knows about this? (Not how to do it, only want to know of this is an exploit or just a creative setup)

X2014 fan car? Unless they did it. They probably flipped the transmission and lowered the aero. What speeds was you doing.
