**Xbox 360 Help**

I have a slightly old TV. On previous consoles i have had to use an RF adapter for the consoles to play on my TV. Am i able to do this on Xbox 360 (and PS3 when it comes out in Australia) or shall I hook it up on my Plasma for a while? (I have separate gameroom that my dad wants me to play in)

Thx.

So your TV has no Scart/composite entry? Didn't know that those TV's even existed anymore...
Dude, buy a TV for 200 bucks on Ebay and you'll have at least composite, or better Scart with RGB.
Of course HD is the best solution, but that depends on your budget.
I don't think that there is a RF adapter for the 360 and tbh, I wouldn't want to play over RF. That is 80's NES style which makes a 3 Core hightech machine useless ;)

EDIT : or simply play it on your PC screen over VGA, looks great !

Do have SCART entry :) Its only 6 yrs old. Running it through VCR. (im in Australia so the SCART cable needed isnt out yet according to xbox 360 Australia.

That's really strange. Xbox 360's come with a scart lead.

The SCART adaptor that comes with the console would work in Aus because Scart is universal.

Have you rung MS about it?

Ok then, first of all buy a good RGB/scart switcher, should cost about 40 USD. Then buy the advanced scart cable ( if your TV can handle RGB ) and you should have a rather good quality... no high def, but the best of the rest...
There should be a scart adapter (Scart-Yellow Red White plug) inside the box of the 360, but that is not as good as the Advanced scart cable or some other good RGB cable... they have to be out in Australia, even if not, well, then import it from HK...
