Xbox 360 is now playable at walmart

Guys, I came to Walmart to day and i saw the Xbox 360 with call of duty 2 demo. man, the grpahic was really amazing, too bad I didn't have chance to play it (that guys just didn't let go the controller, no matter how hard I punched him) Anyway, I am going to walmart tomorrow and try it (For ones who live in Norfollk, Va, go to walmart superstore on S. Military Hwy)
 
Or you could download the pc demo, pretty much the same game(XB360 version runs flawless) according to the lead producer from G4TV.com.
 
I played it for a few minutes at Wally World last night. Graphics looked really sharp, but not quite the leap from the Xbox that I had expected. Stil very nice though.👍
 
So I was walking around Wal-Mart on Monday afternoon, when I saw it...

(drumroll)

Xbox360!

It was behind those glass cases and set up on a HD Widescreen TV able to play a few demos!!!

I was about to flip out!

I played a little bit of Call of Duty 2, King Kong, Kameo (Spelling?) and saw a few videos of PGR3, NFSMW, and something else.

Here are my ratings as of these demos

Graphics

1st) King Kong. This game's backrounds and details to the environment were incredable. The way the hair was shown on King Kongs body was also crazy. T Rex was also a sight to behold.

2) Kameo. The use of color and textures in this game is what set it apart from the others. Holy crap. Not only that, but it showed endless flying dragons on the screen at once, able to be seen from a very far distance, while also having great FX sprites. The textures were awsome as well.

3) Call of Duty 2. This goes last on my list for the playables. It didn't even look much better than Half Life 2 or Doom 3, but it was a big step up from Call of Duty 1.


Game Play

1) Kameo. You just have to play it yourself, a wierd action game.

2) Call of Duty 2. I'm not a big fan of console shooting games, but it was really intense feeling.

3) King Kong. I'll be honest and say I died every time. The game started you out running away from T Rex. As your allies shout out "Distract him while we open the gate!" I always got devoured, not knowing what to do. I grabbed a spear at one point and chucked it at the dinosaurs face, but that only pissed him off, then he ate me, again. No UI or Health Bars or etc, just immersion. It was extremly hard. I also didn't understand the other mode where you played as King Kong and fought T Rex.


It might have been the HD Widescreen, but everything about the xbox360 looked amazing. I'll definatly be buying it 👍

I dunno from screen shots it looks a little better than Half-life 2. But It looks exactly like the PC version but xb360 has a set frame rate of 60 outside of split screen play...
 
I got to play it too earlier at Walmart. Was there playing it for about 2 hours. Played COD2 the most. I cant wait to get one. :)
 
I hope Asda in the UK who are owned by Walmat get these Xbox 360's that let people test them out.

It's only another month till we get one in the comfort of our own home :)
 
Glad i got my Xbox 360 on pre-order months ago, just want to test one out now mate.

Yeah i know what your saying, ordered mine a few months ago. The closer the release date gets the more i want to see one in action.

Kameo is great, I love the game. I played it for hours at hour Gamestop (I work there) and it was just too good. That and PGR3 will probably be the only games I own on my 360 for a while. CHeers to that!

The place I work at (game) doesn't have a 360 yet :(.
