Xbox 360 Slim 250GB Forza 4 Bundle?

I've been itching to get Forza 4 for a while now, but I've been holding off since I don't have a 360. What I'm probably waiting for is a bundle, hopefully one that'd include a slight discount ;). I haven't heard anything at all yet, and I've been searching daily for about a month.

But today I stumbled upon this:

Can anyone confirm this bundle is real...? I haven't heard anything official about it. It sorta appeared out of the blue.
 
I would imagine MS would release such a bundle, but I'd wait until MS announces it.

Hopefully this is true because I have a buddy who is PS3 only and he said if they released a Forza 4 bundle he'd get it...........
 
It could be an accidental leak to an actual product. If you are looking to save money, just go to Amazon. I picked up a new 4GB for $170 and a hard drive for $35 new.
Or wait till Black Friday. There will be some big discounts then.
