I can't connect. It is the same deal all the time. "Cannot recognize DNS Servers."
I have already contacted my ISP, it's not my connection or modem or computer or Xbox (according to Xbox support).
Anyone else have this problem? I have called Xbox support 5 or 6 times and spent at least 6 hours total on the phone with them and they don't seem to know.
Xbox is brand new also.
