Is it possible for an Xbox to be on a home network without any "hacking" done to the Xbox itsself? With the custom soundtrack feature in some games, I was wondering if I had to rip the cd's onto the Xbox hard drive or if I could transfer them from my computer to the Xbox hard drive?

You might want to check some X-box dev sites, such as http://www.xbox-emulation.co.uk/ to see if they have any utilities to do stuff like that. I'm pretty sure I saw some software to transfer files via network for the X-Box, but that was a long time ago.

Thanks! I'll take a look at that later. :)

Nope as far as I know the console has to be modded to do that. Just use some high speed cd-rw's.

does PGR2 support custom tracks? I hope halo 2 does, I would love to kick some alien but while driving a warthog and listening to "let the bodies hit the floor" :D or I can just do what i do now and mute the tv and balst the stereo :D

Yeah, PGR2 supports custom soundtracks. :D
