I know the adaptor for 3rd party headsets is delayed until next year but my search brought me to these

Anyone know anything more about them? Price, availability etc etc? I really need a headset for gaming and don't think I can wait until next year!

Just seen they aren't shipping until the first quarter of 2014, any video I've seen of gaming expos shows people using headsets with Xbox One
