XBox One... Memory expanison

Having a few games on my XBox One it is time for memory expansion... what is anyone using? Make and model of USB3 HDD? What's anyone tried but it was pretty much rubbish?

I've been using the Samsung M3 Slimline 1TB Hard Drive. Hasn't had a single fault since I bought it about 2 years ago, also have a friend who owns this HDD and they have had no problems either. Would certainly recommend 👍.

It's powered through the USB port of the XB1, so only uses the one cable.

I got a Seagate 4TB for my birthday. Works like a charm. External power, though.

I'm using a Toshiba 2TB also powered through the USB port. It mostly works like a charm but every once in awhile (every 2 months?) I have to disconnect it and reconnect to have it read the files, not sure if this is the Xbox's fault or the external HD.
