Can someone please help me? Someone by the GT ID - xFactorRacer is using my real life email address (I do not want to post address here) as their own when they created new user on GTPlanet. How do I know? I tried to sign up and when I put my email address I was told it was already in use !?!. Anyways, I reset it - got the email for gtplanet in my inbox and changed it.

How can this issue be addressed? I would like to have this account completely removed, so that I can start from scratch in creating a new sign-in user ID.

Please let me know?

I might be mistaken, but your profile shows that you originally registered on Feb 23, 2005.

To me, it looks like you are the xFactorRacer that is using your email address.
 
I can't remember if I created it back in 2005. Anyways, is it possible to delete profile, so I can start from scratch. I would like to use my existing PSN id as my gtplanet id, which is not xFactorRacer.

I'm sorry, but user accounts are never deleted here. Just change your email address on this account to something else (please use blackhole:@:gtplanet.net - you don't have to re-activate it), then use the email address you want on your new account.
