Xj220 or saleen s7?

These cars popped up on UCD, at the same time, which should I get? How do they compare to my McLaren f1?

XJ220 is heavy and slow but it can have downforce added, S7 can be light but it's also a handful when modified as it has no DF. F1 would walk all over both.

The XJ220 is driveable, on the other hand.

I only have the XJ and although it handles well, it is slow overall. It's only a 5 speed and really suffers in a straight line in it's PP class. If you weren't comparing it to other cars or worried about winning a race it's a good car. If you want to take it online you won't win a lot of races in a competitive lobby.

The road going S7 is a dumptruck.
I wished they would add the GT version of the S7, one of my favorite cars ever.

Neither of them are as good as they could be. The XJ220 is just too slow, and the S7 has kinda bad acceleration. If anything, the S7 is faster but you're really better off with a Ford GT. That is very fast.

To be honest though, nothing dethrones the R390 GT1 among road cars in this class. 85 rear downforce kinda helps, you would agree.

I think the F1 could dethrone it, as it generates a hefty amount of downforce (not sure how much), and is pretty lightweight, contributing to power-to-weight. But the price tag is the same as the R390 @ 0 miles.

The F1 is, in my opinion, in a higher class than the R390, mainly because it has a huge amount of high speed torque which the R390 lacks a lot of. Also, it is lighter, but generates only 20/60 downforce. An R390 gets 30/65 stock, plus another 20 on the rear with a wing.

Not a chance, the r390 road car is basically a LMP car. It will destroy all other street cars and most race cars. The f1 is one of the faster street cars but won't hold a candle to the r390 on any track.

The XJ220 is a little heavy and blockhead on a track twisty with a lot of corners, but handy and can excel in overall speed - the S7 offers more prompt response at turnings and acceleration, but lacks speed so unsuitable for oval racing... The Mclaren F1 surpasses over both of the cars mentioned - eqipped with advantages the two respectively have/share.

Im not even going to mention the Saleen and XJ220 and just say that the McLarin is the best road car in game hands down.

Not the real one. It's basically the same car as the S7-R, minus the wing, except for one model.
