XL Edition - No flip cover?

I took a long break from GT5, but I decided to get back into it and traded my copy for an XL Edition. It was only AFTER I bought it that I found out Canadians don't get the flip cover for some odd reason. This is a pretty odd request, but does anyone here have a high resolution scan laying around?

Do XL owners get 2.08 DLC cars? Kind of weird they release a GOTY with bundled DLC yet they're releasing even more and asking for money.

As the XL edition has been out for I while I assume the latest DLC is not included.
