Okay, I have some great pics on my memcard, but I have no USB memstick.

What I do have, however, is an Xport V2.

I have the .xps' on my hard drive, there must be SOME way of getting the .jpg inside of them into a viewable image?

Anyone? :(

Try PS2 Save Builder from this site
http://www.ps2savetools.com/download.php?op=viewdownload&cid=1
open the xps file with this program
then you should able to see a list of internal files inside the save
one of the file can be the jpg file you are looking for
if you find it, click that jpg file > right click > extract
choose the directory you want to save and ignore "not used" in file name box, just click save or ok
let me know if it works for you

why would you even bother? the quality is going to be so bad...

what's this got to do with competitions anyway?
ever heard of the main photomode forum?

Maybe he wanted to submit one for a competition .. but I doubt it would win because of the horrible quality of the memory card pictures.

in photo mode option, you can set it to superfine to memory card
so if my method works ... then he should able to get some quality pics
but I have to agree that he posted to a wrong section ...
he should try to move the thread himself

The pictures you can save to the card are exactly the same as those you save to the memory stick if you have the settings right.

Yes, I want to enter competitions, which is why I'm asking here.

franz, the only file thats of a pic size (400kb+) in one of my saves are called BESCES-51719P+596h1Y, but it has no file extension, and if I rename it to a .jpg or any other image file, that doesn't work :(

now ... All I can say you should get yourself a USB flash drive
and it doesn't cost you alot

Fair enough, but you don't know how this person is off, financially. I had to splurge an extra $20 for a thumb drive, and that about crippled me after already shelling out $60 for GT4.

If I could have got the pictures off any other way, I would have.
