Year One Pass on PS4

Just got the game (thanks Sony) and the Year One Pass has a great price right now, probably going to buy it.

My problem is:
I have 3 accounts in my PS4. If I buy the pass on my main account, will the other two accounts get access to the entire content of the pass?
I've already searched online for clarification but I can't find useful information anywhere.

Hey, I was thinking of doing the same thing, but really not sure, does the one year pass have every DLC included? If not, what's excluded?
 
The Year One Pass includes all the content for the game.

I'm not sure about on PS4, but on PC there are a couple of early-unlock type DLCs that let you buy certain cars with money instead of in-game credits. Those DLCs are not included in the pass, but the cars are already in the base game anyway and they're not expensive.
