Yet another LSD question...

Hi. Have noticed that some cars have adjustment on the std diffs.
Are the tuners using these or the electronic adjustable LSD's from the tuning shop that cost 7.5k?

Is there any difference?

Sorry if subject has been done before but just spent half an hour using search without a result.

Standard diffs don't have as much adjustability as one purchased from the tuning shop. I believe in the case of the Impreza's stock center diff, you can't set it past 35/65, but a tuned one will go all the way to 10/90. Other than that I think there's no real difference.

Ok cheers. Just wondered if the tuners always used the race diffs.
Guess they prob do if what you say is correct.
