You cant change the type of tyres in Endurance?

I did my first endurance race and was surprised to see when i pitted that although i had Hard,Medium and Soft tires, all i could put on was Soft (I started with Soft) and Rain+Intermediate.

Is this normal?

The minimum tire requirement should be listed in the race entry screen. If Soft is the minimum, then Medium and Hard are unusable in the race.

Correction : My observation was wrong. The entry requirement would inform you with "Hard or Higher, Soft or Less". So far have not encountered a similar problem as yours.

So very wrong. If Racing Soft is the minimum, you CAN use lower grade tires, which are all tires.

Most likely, the medium and hard tires aren't equiped with the car, but stored away, in your accessory list.

You can use any tyre if there are no restrictions - and ofcourse if you buyed the tyres that u want to use

In a few races though there is a limit concerning MAXIMUM and MININMUM Tyres that can be used. Sometimes you can only use up to Racing Hard or Medium and the Minumum will be Sports Hard Or Medium. But when you pit in you CAN change you're tyres if you have them within that regulation band Regardless of what jkind of race you are in.
