Ok, about 10 minutes ago, my usb port had a power surge, and apparently took my mp3 player library with it. :grumpy:

When I reinstall Rhapsody, I log onto my account, I find that it has claimed my ENTIRE LIBRARY, of not a single Rhapsody dl as its own!

I just can't believe this.... I frickin hate Rhapsody, but it seems to be the only way to get songs on my Sansa.... 🤬

Any of you ever had similar problems? Care to share them? Go nuts!

I don't get it...how do you have a USB power surge?

I have no idea what Rhapsody is. Therefore, it must REALLY suck.

I have Rhapsody, but only because it came with a free account that allows me to stream 25 songs per month. It won't let me save any songs, but that doesn't stop me -- all I have to do is open up Sonic Foundry Sound Forge, set the recording device to Wave/MP3, hit "Record," stream the song I want, and then save it to MP3.

For me, it's a better source for mainstream music than a Google search or P2P.

I think I'll do that too. I just used it for the free 25. Whenever those ran out, I would start a new account.

Matt uses it because of this:

Drag and drop for the win?

I'll bet $20 that a bit of Googling will find you a better method than Rhapsody.
