When will you be finished with B-Spec?

Just curious to find out what people's end point is with B-Spec racing (Offline & Remote Racing).

You may choose more than one option.

Mine is likely all 7 points listed above 'all the above'...but I'm not sure if I will bother grinding until all BOB's are Level 40.

Remote racing, combined with GT5's economy (low prize money and high prices, and a small wallet of 20 million) make b spec absolutely critical to this game. It's easily the best way to fund car collection if you don't want to grind A spec too much.

Otherwise, I just wanted to win each event. I've got them all short of the 24 hour races... I'm not the only PS3 gamer in the household, so it's hard to tie it up 100%.
 
I'm juggling remote racing and actual B-Spec gameplay at present. Trying to complete B-Spec which obviously means getting to Lv 40. I'm not trying to get my drivers to 40 but remote racing will certainly assist them getting there. :boggled:
 
I wouldn't really say I would personally ever be done with B-Spec. Even though I haven't played it much, it is a fun way to spend a little time coaching a virtual dude through a race. I would just play it until my Playstation konks out :drool:
 
Ill stop doing ofline B-spec at the end of the final B-spec trophy.
Online B-remote racing drivers will only end when other people stop using them.
Other beta titles will get GT5 parked up a bit, but it is not likely to get replaced as the primary game untill......

BF3 beta hits....
 
1. One Bob to Level 40. (He's at level 39)
2. B-Spec lvl 40 (Achieved)
3. Gold in all B-Spec events (Nascar & Corte'de Azure left)

At this point, I kind of feel this way too, haha. I want to finish everything up in B-spec and get enough money to buy all cars and what not. I also do it for the sheer joy of helping others in the community. I am so addicted to this game, I honestly don't know when it will come out of the PS3.

It is sad because I have so many games backlogged that are very good, but GT5 keeps me coming back, lol.

Actually, its not hard to grind your Bobs to level 40 once you get the 24 hour Nurburgring race up. Using a single Bob, you can get Bob almost to level 40 in two races. Its like 16-17 million driver XP per race.

Corrected for you people would get disappointed doing the Race to only get 4.1 million XP after reading your post...
 
I was "oves" after my first race. Now I am only motivated to do one every two months or so.

I guess I stop once I win that old Alfa. A beauty, that.
 
all BOB's reached Level 40 + new dress (helmet & suit) + 1mil Cr. for everyone :dopey:👍

Account 1: done 👍.

Account 2: All races done (except the 2 24hr races). Creating now 6 new drivers and level them all up to lvl 40, only with 24hr Nürburgring races.

Let's see if fast climbers are better bobs. :)

Ohh yea, Battlefield 3! :drool: Reminds me that i really should upgrade to a quad core the next month.



They going to use the Frostbite engine in the next Need For Speed (@5.30min). Interesting. :)
 
I fund everything I do using B-Spec, so there is little chance that I will stop fiddling with it until I stop playing the game outright.

A while back, when I voted, that's exactly what I thought. Now I do already have all the cars in the game, the ones I like even multiple times, and I've still got about $90 Million in the bank as of this moment, and I still run remote B-Spec races. So it seems that really wasn't my endpoint. :lol:
 
I can finally say I'm at my endpoint for B-Spec. All 5 of my BOB's are over $20M, I golded all B-Spec events (thus all B-spec prize cars), got my offline BOB to the peak of his carreer and I pretty much have every car in this game. Did not think I could've accomplished majority of that within 3 months. Also managed to race many members BOB's on here, regardless of whether they were in the frequent grinders club. I hope Kaz updates B-Spec soon to keep the rest of you interested.

Now off to conquer The Gold Standard. Cheers

Sometimes I really do wonder what keeps me interested, but after I spent some of my drivers cash, I felt like I needed to get them back to over $20M again. Have five of them on over $20M, and one just $1.8M short. Not that there'd be anything left for me to buy. Got everything, everything I like in multiples, but still want that $140M sitting there. But the thing is, I've already semi-abandoned my main. I tend to play more on my alt now. And I'm currently training up the drivers on my alt, which were previously all kept at level 0 to make more money for my main. My current aim in B-Spec is to train up 6 drivers in my alt which are all able to compete with the best driver in my main. If one doesn't cut it, level 40 or not, he'll be retired and replaced. I think I've got a long way to go still till I reach my current B-Spec goal. :crazy:
 
For me it's completing all B-Spec events. I managed to hit level 40 yesterday and so Bob is currently doing the last 24 hour endurance.
 
I'm done with bspec for now. Level 40 yesterday, completed final race today 24hr nurburgring. Got my f10 and bought the f2007. Have very few exotics race cars left to buy. I don't remote race or glitch or dupe. My focus now is completing all seasonals in gold and all endurance in aspec. Done 2/9.
