Recently I found the new GT-R to be a reasonably good drift car. I have also found over time the TommyKaira ZZII, Skyline R34 and Mitsubishi Evo X to be quite good. I want to know if anyone has a favourite 4WD drift car (favourite does not necessarily mean "most used drift car")

ATTENTION: This is not in any regards a debate about how "4WD drifting is for n00bs" or "4WD is not real drifting"! Please feel free to keep those opinions to yourself. I only ask for people who have an opinion on what their favourite or preferred 4WD drift car is.

P.S. I'm not talking about your favourite Gymkhana car

Yeah, I actually started out with the R33 for drifting. It's a great drift car to start out with if you've never actually drifted.

 -Zips mouth shut-

The Audi R8 prototype thingy.....looks like the R8 but IIRC you win it somewhere and it won't take a wing on the back. Think it has more power than the R8 too.

Sorry, forget the name and SWMBO has her soaps on the TV.

Audi LM quattro. I think so anyway lol.

Anyway if i use a 4WD car i use my Nismo R32 <3 for Touge anyway :)

Aye, Le Mans Quattro '03.....for when a R8 isn't quite lairy enough.

Not that I'm an expert or anything....started drifting 2 days ago and the best result I've managed is 750th or something in the seasonal so far (using RWD FWIW)

I started with the WRX in th Eiger drift challenge. In need it tuned or need lots of practice.

I've switched to rwd but whenever I do pull out a 4wd car, it's always my STi rally car, the premium one of course. I just wish it backfired like a real rally car so it'd sound insane on the limiter while sideways. I've fallen in love with my GT86 so that'll be my drift car for now on.

Started off with a R32 I think, only chose that car because of how Keiichi passed that 911 with a drift back on Tsukuba 2000 in 1994 I think

Personally, I find 4WD drifting way harder than RWD and MR.

:dunce:

all GT-R'S are sick for drifting:
the R32 with all upgrades exept for the engine stages (I think its got about 500BHP)
the R33 with all upgrades (698 BHP)
the R34 with almost all upgrades (580 BHP)
I don't use the R35 for drifting, I think that the R35 is more of a race car...

Subaru Impreza WRX STI Coupe Version VI

Or Mitsubishi Pajero Rally for entertaining replays.
