So, what are your favourite three (non F1) cars in the game and why? Acceleration, flat speed, cornering, stability etc.

I'm not far enough into the game to make an informed decision, but so far I am loving my Skyline R34, the Viper and the GT one Race car. I also LOVE my polyphony 001, but hey that's a given.

I'm just intrigued to see what gets people going - powerful 4 wheel drives, Mid Rears? Which one is the true bad boy?

(Apologies if this is an old thread, but I've done a quick search and I can't find it).
 
1.Pennzoil R34 loved it since gt2
2. Focus Rally Car, fastest of all rally cars, in my game
3. ZZII great car, good speed, good handling, 4WD!
 
1.Loctite GT-R, it looks so sweet
2.Z06. WASTE THE COBRA R!
3.Escudo. Insane Fun!
 
it may not be the best car... but i love the viper!!!
 
1. Impreza LM - the one Subi that can hang with the big dogs
2. Impreza 22B - for when the LM is overkill
3. Mini Cooper - what's not to like about the Mini? :p
 
I love the Gt40 (both of them) When you come around a turn, practically sideways and hit the gas, it bites better than any other car. It's just a whole lot of fun.
 
1) Opel Calibra Touring Car (so smooth, so fast, so fun, 16k rpm)
2) GT40 Race car (old school power, awesome handling, sweet sounds)
3) Gillet Vertigo (buckets of zoom, lightweight, easiest to tune)

I second that. Best car to drift in.
 
1: FTO LM Race Car
2: RX-7 LM race car
3: Mazda 787B

These cars rule :)
 
1.motor sport elise hard car to learn to control
2.griffith another one you have to learn to drive well
3.love the speed 12 dont really no y its just i can control that car the best out of any other car
 
FR - Honda S2000 LM Race Car - Turns like an F1, goes like mad, and all the lights look cool in the replays.

4WD - Tommy Kaira ZZII - WOW I won this and dismissed it, then i couldn't win the pro 4WD races (my Skyline don't do turns). I tried this (after the 2 rally cars I have) and blew the opposition away.

MR - Toyota GT1 I really like the 'scratches' on the front end, a real nice graphic touch.

FF - Toyota Yaris ( :D :D joke) it's Probbaly the Xara rally car.
 
Celica SS for superb low cost racing.
Maxed out Skyline R34 for mid range races.
Polyphony 001/002 for easy wins (feels like cheating though).
Astra Touring Car for alround racing.

Overall, my favourite is the Celica as it has great control and as it's fairly pedestrian in speed, you really need to concentrate on your racing lines.
