Your [Insert Series Here] Point System with Past Results

I will be going through the history of NASCAR and fixing the points to use my system. The system is the following:

• 1st Place - The number of competitors in the race X1
• All cars running after first - The number of competitors minus the positions off of first X1
• Lap Led - 3 Points
• Most Laps Led - 3 Points
• Setting the pole time - 3 Points
• Most positions improved from start to finish by a single car - 6 Points
• Most positions lost from start to finish by a single car - -6 Points
• Win Streak - 6 Points X the number of races at the end of the streak over 3
• Top 5 Streak - 3 Points X the number of races at the end of the streak over 3
• Top 10 Streak - 1 Point X the number of races at the end of the streak over 3

I will release a year as often as I can. Also there is no chase in this system.

You may post your own systems for any Motorsports series of your choice and your own results as long as you confine it to a single post.
