I am on level 24 and figured now is a good time to invest in a steering wheel. I have a Hip Street Top Gear V5 Racing Wheel. 50 bucks at Wally Mart.
I personally don't like it because it springs back to center. Also I hate how little sensitivity there is when turning the wheel slightly, it requires big movements to get a reation. Get back to me.
