hey, note the new siggy. I have my Driving Force PRO and a copy of GT3 so I am back drifting. I am not ungrounded from the comp just yet, so I can't compete in battles just yet. I say give it a little more time and I will be able to get on as I wish. just letting you guys know I am back and still sideways. oh yea, I still use racing slicks. have a good day.

Welcome back 260, isn't the new wheel sweet? I broke my old one out of frustration (damn that felt good!) and stopped playing for a few months too. Instead I practiced drifting in real life for 2 months, then came back on the Driving Force Pro and I'm WAY better!

cool. can you tape any videos of you drifting in RL? I would like to see them. yea the wheel is GREAT. I use 100% of the power instead of the 60% because the 100% might be like having no power steering. I am going to get a 240Z which has no power steering so I might as well get used to it. I had to return the old wheel to my neighbor and the game as well so I was out for about a month(or two). when I get officially ungrounded from the comp, you better belive I will be in the comps. my goal is to get a consistent 30 for a score in my comps. right now I am pulling 27's, and I was wondering if this is good or not. I think I needed about a month break to get intrested again in GT3. now I am testing out stock cars to see which one is faster under a cartain category. it turns out an Evolution VII GSR and RS is faster then the R34 GT-R. I tested the STi sedan and the EVO GSR/RS and the R34 GT-R on midfield all in stock from w/o the TSC and other crap on and the EVO is faster then both. the EVO RS is about 2 seconds faster than the GT-R which I was really surprised by. keep cool.

Yeah, my friend has a digital video camera so I'm going to have some real-life footage in my 86 very soon. I wanted to get some today but it doesn't seem to be raining... Yes a consistent 30 is a good goal, I'll be happy if I could do that too. In the past we've had a very wide range of judges so don't forget that different judges give very different scores. Soon we're going to have a more stable set of judges (thanks to Bengee!) so until that happens I wouldn't get too worked up about scores. =) Even then it's not worth stressing, of course, but at least it'll be a good benchmark.

you have an AE86? cool. I just can't wait for the day I can walk out of my house and have a 240Z sitting on the driveway. keep cool.
