Youtube won't upload my video for everyone?

I uploaded 4 videos to youtube just fine

But my 2 recent videos only show up in my personal profile. I try and search for them and I cannot find them on the youtube website

Again, only I can see them. The views are the same since I made the video some time ago.

I've never uploaded anything to Youtube, but is there a settings page for each video? Maybe you have to check something to make it public.
