I didn't get a notification that you tagged me..?

Weird that happened. I wanted to post on mobile, then I got that error. I couldn't believe it so I fired up the pc to check it out and same happened. Then I posted this thread, tried again and again and then third time it worked.

I was working on the embeds and YouTube videos were broken for a few minutes.

Not for me on mobile. I edited my post, it used an invalid [ code ] and now it looks like this (I also checked other pages with videos it is the same)
