It sounds awesome. Does over 280km/h with the top down, and has a 300km/h top speed. I wish the Z4(3.0) we got as a loaner, when we had my Dad's car detailed, would have had an M5 V8 in it.
Reminded of a Viper. The engine sound anyway. How did they fit it? I mean, did they have to shed some parts? Probably a lot more than meets the eye. I'd love to see the trouble they had to go through to get the mother working.

I have no idea. There was probably some custom fabrication that had to be done, but nothing too difficult I'd assume. I have some pictures somewhere on my computer of a new Focus with an '03 Cobra motor in it. I'm guessing that was just a tad more difficult, though, as they had to switch it to RWD.
If you come down here you can detail any/all of our vehicles if you'd like.

Kind of a shame, a Fock-us with a Cobra engine? Bleh. But I bet putting together was fun.
Oh, and you might this interesting, one of my granddad's co-workers who lives in the same neighborhood as him has a fully refurbished 1967/8 (?) Shelby Cobra Mustang in green. Really reminds of the one in Bullitt.
