zero xp in races

has anyone encountered getting no xp in seasonal events, iv tried a few races now and after i get golds i only get money and gear but no xp, it shows as zero xp. also doesnt show the trophy in the thumbnail for the race, whats goin on any ideas guys and gals

In time trial + some special events (like the vettel one where you get 5 million once) you don´t get experience points. In all other regular seasonals (repeatable) you get both, cash and exp.

I thought for sure an update like ''SPEC-II'' would expand it to 50 or 60 points and add a bunch more permanent A-Spec content so we could ''play through'' GT5 a little more.

Guess not :-/ Stuck at 40 for all eternity..

I dont know why there has to be a cap, also Aspec, Bspec, alright, but there should be an online experience level as well.
That would make a lot more sense IMO.
