Here's how I have decided to handle this situation with ZeroCool:
Will he be banned? No, he will not be banned from GTPlanet. What he did was very wrong, but I certainly don't think getting rid of him would do any good. He confessed, he knows it's wrong; I see no reason not to give him a second chance.
Everyone involved needs to remember - the challenge is just game. Don't take it so seriously.
