I think the Zonda would be quicker and achieve a higher top speed, but the Audi will out handle it by far

It's actually called Audi R8 LMS Race Car. Don't forget the S on the end.

As for higher top speed and better acceleration, the Zonda definitely. But the R8 LMS handles better as above poster said. If you want higher top speed though, e.g. for drag forget the R8 LMS, but if it's for racing, then how many corners does the course have etc. as this will determine your choice.

On paper the Zonda has more power and less weight, so this suggests as well that it would be faster.
