Zonda = POS ?

Can anyone give me a guide to setting this car up, I have it sitting on about 1100hp and I have tried several different tyre types and either

A: Im crap
B: this car sucks 8P

I'm in the Pro section trying to win the italian cup. its only a 10 lap race, but this car chews out tyres and then slides all over the place, and I loose the race. The AI are all driving the Zonda Race car, which never pit and seem to be UBER drivers. 8) If you pit on a 10 lap race as tight as this you normally loose lol.

Anyone can give me a hint on the setup and driving of this car would be great....

Must..... finish....... race.... /gasp..... gripping wheel.... sweat forming on brow..... heheh

mate - win the zonda race car, put hard tyres on it and up the HP. Then race without pitting and you'll take 1st every time!!
 
I have won the Itailan (sp) race with my C12s, you will beat all the Zonda Race Cars with your shear speed, but the corning is horrible. I just hit the brakes early and slowly put on the power going into all the sharp slow corners. If you spin the wheels coming off the corners then just let go of the gas and correct your steering.

I know this isnt a huge help but I am at skool and i cannot think of anything esle right now.

As far as I know, the only place to get the race car is by winning the races that you need it in. Have you found it somewhere else?

That's pretty much how I won. It was so super hard, one of the hardest races. You just have to hunker down and focus on the race. After about six tries I finally won ... by about half a second. Take the prize car and never look back.

You can win the Zonda Race car in a Pro level series race and in an endurance race.

After my tires warmed up I killed the Zonda Race Car, had about a 30 second gap, in both races.

Hint for Rome Backwards!

Wall ride the first left hand corner, the hairbin and the last corner and u'll do great!
 
yeah the zonda c12s suckz!

took a couple tries, but i won the series....

I used the default settings but that is just my way of driving!

Yeah you can win this car at the Rome Circut 2 Hour Enduro. The Zonda Race Car is sweet! I got mine in the 1500+ HP. (I think) Anyway add specials and stuff to it and you can win everytime. Although it will take ya 2 hours you have a 1/4 chance of getting it. :) ;)

That's how I got mine I think - isn't there somewhere else as well? Check the invaluable prize car list, compiled by those helpful guys.

Once you have the race car, this series is in the bag.
 
Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been here....

N E way, don't use my technique, you might not like it. I do things I invented called "Me Turns". Instead of going from 180 to 60 jus to corner, hit the start of the turn and ride the turn out. It saves time and keeps you at a high speed. It's hell on the tires but it works for me :)
Since I have had ALOT of experience with the last 2 GT games, the third one is quite easy thus far and I have almost 50% done. Right now I am just trying to rack up some easy cash.

Im sorry but i own one of these and when i drive it i feel like im floating! Not in a good way. Its like that scene in Half-Baked in my Zonda. I say, spend the time, get the race car, it flies (not better than the F/094 S but unfortunately you cant use it for everything)!
