Stock car, no parts or changes. Comfort soft tyres were used and car run-in to 638BHP. Real car has Pilot Sport 2 tyres. For me Comfort softs replicate well to a realistic pace/limit of grip, braking points, acceleration. I tried Sport hard and the speed through the corners, acceleration was too great and like race car pace. Sport Soft are like Race tyres and some magical downforce kit.
Only problem was on the last straight, beyond 160MPH the game kept climbing steadily where as the real car bogged down a little and could only reach 177MPH. GT5 reached 200MPH. Real car would need a flatter longer road. Pretty good though. The different depth (looking longer) to the track is due to the lens. There's other vids similar setting to GT5 camera and its pretty damn accurate.
