The ClubSport DD is Fanatec's mid-range direct drive base, with 15 Nm of holding torque and FullForce. That is enough strength to feel a car's full weight through long, loaded corners and still have plenty in reserve for curbs and impacts. It takes Fanatec wheels on the QR2 quick release and connects Fanatec pedals, shifters, and handbrakes. It works with PC, and with Xbox when paired with an Xbox-licensed Fanatec wheel, but not with PlayStation, which is what the ClubSport DD+ is for. It comes as a bare base with T-nuts for a rig. A ClubSport DD Table Clamp is available, but a base this strong is happiest bolted into a cockpit.

ClubSport DD vs. CSL DD

The 8 Nm CSL DD is the step down, on the same QR2 quick release, so Fanatec wheels and pedals work on both. It is lighter, smaller, and better suited to a desk, and FullForce is there too.

ClubSport DD vs. Moza R16 Ultra

Moza's R16 Ultra is the closest rival, with 16 Nm of sustained torque and support for PC and Xbox. It opens Moza's wide range of wheels and pedals instead of Fanatec's.

ClubSport DD vs. Podium DD

Fanatec's Podium DD is the step up, with 25 Nm of holding torque, 33 Nm peak, and an aluminum housing. It suits drivers chasing the strongest forces in a sturdy cockpit, and everything on QR2 carries over.
