The T248R is Thrustmaster's mid-range wheel for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. Its T-HD hybrid drive uses a belt and gears together for 3.1 Nm of force feedback, smoother than gears alone. The 11-inch wheel has a color screen, 25 buttons, and magnetic paddle shifters, and it is fixed to the base. The T3PM set brings three pedals with Hall effect sensors and four brake pressure modes. A clamp for desks up to 45 mm thick is included, and the base also bolts to a cockpit.

T248R vs. T128

The T128 is the step down, with a simpler wheel and two pedals with no clutch.

T248R vs. Logitech G923

Logitech's G923 is the closest rival, with gear drive at 2.3 Nm and TRUEFORCE for high-frequency detail in supported games. The T248R is a little stronger and smoother, and its screen and magnetic pedals are a step ahead, while the G923 has a leather rim and TRUEFORCE.

T248R vs. T300RS GT

The T300RS GT Edition is Thrustmaster's step up, with a belt-driven brushless base and a wheel that comes off for other Thrustmaster wheels.
