About: (HoodRich)

Under-rated, most hated team in any honda room. That's really nothing to be proud of, although their is always a good outcome from this team. Two years strong members come and go, I seen; NOOBS go "PRO" (not real life racing), from this team, certain people wouldn't tell you they started from the bottom with this team. We run members over and over, retune after retune, till someone pulls or stretches the other. Lots of tuning goes on with this team as if everybodies goal is to beat "ADotMitchell" little does any member know that is the goal, that's what he wants. You can't always be the fastest, I seen ADot on top of his high horse for awhile till his 1/4mile tunes hit rock bottom, I would believe that's the only reason why he reached out to tunnel drag. Don't take it the wrong way, he's still tuning and running races in 1/4mile he's always up to something on his day's off.


"Team-Tunes"
The title should speak for its self, team-tunes are not a opition on this team, theirs no such thing as a team tune, "ADot" does not believe in that. Tips can be given if he or she calls upon help to another member. Members may not share/trade/ask for help from another team if any is caught in the act automatic ban.

Team Meet(s)
Teams meets have been missed due to the lack of team members having interest towards gran turismo 5, with the release of gran turismo 6 and PS4 we hope to have a full team.


The Team

As you can see each member has a star by its name to indicate top tuners and well respected, four stars meaning a member can kick another member from the team due to whatever reason, also has the ability to call meets, never the right to add a player to the team. This list is not to degrade any member on the team, each member is free and has every right to leave and speak up.

The other day I was in a room with Adotmitchell and we had a blast, there was another guy in there akafaze I thought he was in the team as well, fast guys had some good runs with them two, the other people were just warm ups.

Your name came up don't worry no trashing he just ask about our thing if we solve it or not, If you want tomorrow I'll be on after 12pm ET so hit me up.

Haha surprised I was remembered, fairly new to the drag racing scene but some good runs c-losk & I'm not affiliated with any teams. Raced against jspec & jdm_creeper* (don't remember ign but he was affiliated with hoodrich), all fast & humble racers. Much respect to all teams that are humble and helpful to new draggers like me, have really learned alot so far!

From the studies "WE" did, and the countless hours of game tuning, this is how, or should be a method to help you gain close runs or more win(s). Once again we are not masters, this is just a helpful guide for those member(s) that are at a dead "END" ​

Coding:

Tunnel (Red)

1/4 mile (Blue) UPDATING IN PROGRESS

Reset to default
Max speed to the minimum (lowest)
Final gear to the maximum (Highest)
Set speed to the minimum
Set the final gear to a compatible value
Adjust gears
As needed for no shift lag

Suspension:

{Update 4/21/2013} trials and error I started to APPLY stiff springs to the front of my hondas yes "driven" wheels for 3k and tunnel drag, As i have tested, i have seem to follow the same method for 1/4. Lower (soften)everything in front; ride height, dampers and,ect. Raise (stiffen) everything in the rear; ride height, springs, dampers and ect.

Camber:

No hard park camber or offset, this is not a VIP Team, laughing out loud, and i dont think you need any camber if your doing tunnel drag, i kind of do run a -0.03 on rear toe angle thats just me. "WISE WORDS": "jpizzy"Just my 2cents.........but a little front toe helps with the tree. :) but not to much or it kills topend speed

LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL

Initial Torque: 40-60
Acceleration Sensitivity: 60
Braking Sensitivity: 5​

1/4 mile gearing method that i gained from studying on :gtplanet: and "self" theories

Reset to default
Max speed all the way to left Final gear 60%-70% to the left
Max speed one click to right Max speed one click to left

1st gear all the way to the right towards 2nd, then you should move second gear a little to the left towards first gear, 3rd threw 6th gear u evenly tune for no shift lag
Finally you tune final gear adjust to were top speed in driven car is around 120 - 124​

Suspension:

Lower (soften)everything in front; ride height, springs, dampers and,ect. Raise (stiffen) everything in the rear; ride height, springs, dampers and ect.​

Camber:

Once again no "hard" park camber or offset on driven wheels, only thing needed is rear toe angel at: -1.00(MAJOR PART)

LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL

Initial Torque: 40-60

As of 1/19/2013 some auto messages have changed, "Hood[R]ich OG snurtle racing" or you may see
OG once again this is "not a team collab", rules still apply to HoodRich members. For the outsider's looking in, this is basically loyalty between the two leaders and other
associates. Now as for the youngest member (obeysteve) elite team founder he too is apart of this small circle of trust, if any member has any questions or comments please be free to speak out here on thread or you can personally mail PSN:(Adotmitchell)

All yellow Team meet has been set to February 8th, time will be posted here shortly, meet will be a hour long nothing more, to discuss team issuses, communication, test tune (bracket races), photos and performance testing.

Ha, obeysteve. He's a good kid, just hope his mouth dont get him in trouble like it did with us.
