You stop by the local speed shop and notice this vehicle in the garage. The vehicle is Flint Black Metallic and is turbocharged by the looks of the front mount intercooler. The car has an aggressive stance and is rolling on RH Evolution CP10 17" White rims with Toyo Proxess T1-S tires. As for the brakes, they appear to be Stock units. From the rear of the vehicle, it looks be sporting a HKS Drager Exhaust exhaust system.

Without being too suspicious, you walk back to the install bay to take a closer look. A quick glace under the hood reveals that it has the following mods installed: Stock intake, Stock header, Apex-I Turbo Kit system, NOS Systems Wet Manifold Kit system.

It appears that the owner has rented the dyno today. You decide to watch as they make a few passes. Looking at the print outs, you notice that the vehicle is making around 1080 PR.

What the hell? Do they only make an estimate?
