Is there other ways to acquire crew credits besides completing the ingame challenges or buying them with real money?

The Ubisoft connect app gave extra 20000 atop the 56000 from the challenges.

And since I'm still new for the whole franchise, do we get more playlists or content at some point? Besides the weekly summits.
 
We should be getting a new Playlist soon. Last season, we had Hoonigan and Drift Vol 2. If this format is the norm, we have at most one more left before Season 4. Don't know what the theme would be, but some are assuming another Motorsports one with the Forsberg theme this month.
 
Cautiously optimistic that I might get platinum from this summit.

Was still in the lower 6000's yesterday evening and I doubt there's gonna be any last minute rush from other players.

Hopefully.

You should be fine. However from experience I know that the leaderboard change a lot on the last day.

And not sure you know already, but you can get a vanity item from Custom Show too. And you can cheese your platinum by voting for yourself every day since the ability to vote reset each day. In EU at 06:00 (AM). 7 votes is enough for platinum 9/10 times.

Hopefully in the next update they address unusable Legend Points. I hit the limit last month so am currently just stacking these up.

I'm afraid you will just stack your points to 1000 and that will be it. Similar to Skill Points in Forza. Mainly because there's just too much cheating when it comes to grinding for xp. That Musik Maker guy is still live after obviously cheating from the very first day. 😂

Didn't know I can cheese the showroom platinum that way. I have voted for myself few times but was unaware I could do it everyday to get the vanity items.

If only I had known that last week, could have gotten that bodykit for the skyline.


EDIT: question for anyone who can answer. Is there a place ingame or a website/app where one can see the price for the car show? I remember seeing the previous price somewhere but for the life of me, can't remember where.

Congrats for the platinum.

As for the Custom Show prizes. Never found anything on the net yet. Not on official site nor on social media.
It's like waiting for a Christmas gift every week. You know there's going to be a piece of underwear, you just don't know which one. 🤣

Would really like to get few lightbars or beacons for my cars.

Lately been seeing the green single beacon in many cars in the carshow.

@strela any change you could post a pic of that green beacon active on a T50 or some other hypercar, if possible?

Unfortunately vanity items are meant to generate income, so getting them for free is going to be a pain. And buying them with Crew Credits feels like a scam. Those roof tops are usually 70k CC which is like 7€ or so. And if you look just at the Crew2 options. It's insane.

Your best option is to do Summits in both Crew2 and Motorfest. Or hoping that Motorfest brings back something like Motorpass for themed vanities.
As for that green beacon. It does look kind of broken right now. At least on the T50. 😢
In tunnels looks acceptable.

Don't get me wrong i love the game but that looks a little expensive a used disc if you can use it is 1/2 the price then maybe get the
gold upgrade as dlc later hopefully in another sale.

Right now the Ultimate edition is 120€(🤦‍♂️) on Xbox. You get the same content as the Gold you mentioned. So is worth it.
Charger Hellcat and Chevelle SS are exclusive and that's it. Everything else you can buy in game(Base Game). Is it worth it?
Base game will be offered for lower and servers may die. It's not worth it.

I think the beacon looks quite alright, considering there are other lights in the tunnel and no lights outside it.

Not gonna spend more money on crew 2 since the digital standard edition costs the same as the disc version for motorfest.

Guess I wait and hope that the beacons and lightbars appear in the ingame store sooner or later.

Or Ubi decides to release those themed motorpasses.

By the way, any idea how many color variations there are for those beacons? So far I've seen green, red and blue.

Also seen purple, yellow/red, red/blue and all blue lightbars + a clear lightbar that I assume is also yellow/red.

EDIT: after watching the video, I think I've seen them all then.

Can someone tell me if there is any way to accurately rotate he decals in the livery editor? The triggers are not nearly accurate enough to get accurate angles on different stickers.

And what does the 2D mode do? All I get is a gray backround.

2D mode is better for decal designing, it allows to create design groups easier than 3D.
