As a direct advertiser, you will receive maximum exposure, personalized service, and maximum return on your advertising investment. Banners & Metrics
All popular image formats are accepted, including (animated) GIF, JPEG, and PNG files which do not exceed 60KB in file size. Flash banners, which do not exceed 160KB in size, are also accepted. Flash banners may not play audio, initiate pop-ups, or “expand” outside of their specified dimensions. Banners may be swapped, changed, or modified any time during a campaign.
It is also possible – and highly recommended – to run multiple versions of banners in a single ad location. Different versions of the ad appear each time the page is loaded, and the advertising server can determine which one receives the most clicks. This allows you to test a banner’s effectiveness and optimize your campaign.
Statistics about your banner’s delivery and performance is always available upon request. All ads are served via a third-party ad server, hosted by Google, which operates in compliance with the Internet Advertising Bureau guidelines. All campaign statistics are independently certified by the Media Research Council.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is due within 15 days of the start of an advertising campaign for advertisers who have already established a business relationship with GTPlanet. For first-time advertisers, payment is due upon receipt. As mentioned above, long-term agreements must be paid in full to receive the discounted rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
I’m ready to get started – what happens next?
Great! Just send an email to webmaster@gtplanet.net with the following information:
- The ad locations you would like to reserve and the length of time you would like to reserve them.
- The banners you would like featured in the campaign.
- The URL you would like the banners to be directed to.
- The date you wish the campaign to begin.
Once your message has been received and processed, you will receive an email from GTPlanet’s invoicing system. From within this software, you will be able to view, print, and pay outstanding invoices. If you’re a first-time advertiser with GTPlanet, as soon as your payment has been acknowledged, your campaign will be approved to begin at its designated time.
What payment methods are accepted?
GTPlanet’s invoicing system processes payments via PayPal, so you can pay with most credit cards, debit cards, or directly transfer money from your bank account. International payments from outside the United States are welcome and are automatically processed by PayPal as necessary.
I don’t have a banner, what can I do?
If you can provide a logo and product images, GTPlanet can make a banner for you to the specifications of the ad inventory you have committed to purchase. For Flash designs or custom graphics work, you are encouraged to consult a professional banner design service.
