Gran Turismo 6 Career Mod 5.3

Removed Penalty system from all race events (from novice to super series) and removed tire/fuel consumption from all races (from novice to international A series), keeping only the light mechanical damages for all race events (except for Extreme Rally challenge and Experimental prototype challenges, with very fast cars), for give a more accessible gameplay for casual players.
And made some engine sounds adjustments for prevent glitches.
