Fixes related to "points championship" (You will now see "Championship won" instead of "All races won", when you win points championship. On race summary screen added number of points next to AI opponents. Changed way race and championhsip tiles getting gold)

in AI rivals skin, name and ballast setup, you can now set number of AI rivals based on selected before number of AI opponents (removed 24 AI rivals limit)

added new championship lock option to Career Generator. You can now set up to 3 locks, but also decide if you need to meet all 3 requirements or only one of them to unlock championship
NEW CAREER CATEGORY - WORLD OF MOTORING. Category focused on non-race cars. You will find world map inside with championships based on countries. Click on country fromn the list to focus map on it. Click an icon on particular country to enter championships. For now I made 7 different championships to show how it looks and works. You can easily create more in Career Generator (create top-level category, choose "world of motoring" and select country, then create championships inside it)

New tuning feature - GEARBOX. In tuning tab you can now tune car gears. For car that have such option in pre-race setup it would work the same (but you will be able to do it in garage and save permanently). For cars that didn't have such option, that's new thing that gives you ability to change car gears
Esc button will no longer exit fullscreen. Now only F11 switches mode between fullscreen and windowed
