Turn 1: Brave Bend
A driver must be brave when approaching Brave Bend. Located after the main straight, this corner demands ultimate skill to keep the car under control flat-out. No liftoff? Challenge accepted!
Turn 2: The Dark Hairpin
After some hard braking, drivers will be faced with a very challenging obstacle, The Dark Hairpin. Navigating the hairpin is like driving in the dark, because half of the bend is blinded by the hill crest. Try staying on the track!
Turn 3 & 4: Blender
Whilst moving downhill, the Blender will force the driver to make a sharp left, and immediately afterwards a hard right. Perfecting body roll will be crucial to take this corner quickly and safely. A few houses from the village Naporia are visible in the background.
Turn 5 & 6: Switchback
Even tighter than the Blender is the Switchback. Although drivers will be navigating the bend uphill, a sharp right and left will surely help the back-end slip out.
Turn 7: Abyss
The Abyss is a progressive corner, starting out relatively flat and only getting steeper and steeper downhill the further through the corner.
Turn 8-14: Slipping Slide
A carsickness nightmare, the Slipping Slide is a series of sharp, challenging chicanes. Like a real slipping slide, this series of turns becomes quite slippery with the combination of rain and body roll.
Turn 15 & 16: Aglet
A-G-L-E-T, AGLET! Don't forget this bend! Straight off the Slipping Slide is Aglet, a hard right followed by a slight left, all going uphill. Did you know the little piece of plastic at the end of a shoelace is called a aglet?
Turn 17: Heel-Toe
At the end of the last uphill stretch is Heel-Toe, a sharp, blind left that if not approached carefully, can throw any driver off the track and into the gravel pit. Don't get thrown into the gravel pit! Be careful!
Turn 18: Black Dawn
Black Dawn, a long sweeping left that can pull serious G-forces on the driver. Throughout the turn, a spectacular view of the landscape is visible, but don't get distracted by the view just yet.
Finish
There is the long straight and finish line! A full lap should be roughly 1:00 to 1:30 long, depending on the car and driver skill.
Have fun and drive safe!
