So, infamous fighting game boss Rugal has returned to the fold in KOF XV, and with him comes 2 of his iconic themes: a remix of 95. And Conclusion R&D: a remix of Showdown R&D, his theme in 98. KOF 98 is my first KOF, and boy Rugal was just as menacing there as he is here today. That's 24 years ago!
