These settings are the same as my 2004 Pontiac GTO 5.7 Coupe settings (except for camber) because the new GTO is based off of this car. They do not handle quite the same though, this slides a little more and power over works easier.

thats because the GTO suspension is setup softer, providing a nice comfy ride for our collective fat arses here in America. lol.

if you need quick money..... and easy way to get like... 1 million+ in an hour is to do the 2nd special events race... its only 2 races with 2 laps each and you get a car worth like 260k.... and you can do it over and over again.... if you wanna get some experience.. you can do one of the Japanese races... i forgot whice one it is.. but you get 35k for gettin first place for overall points, and 7500 for each first place you get in a race... then if you get First place over all you get a LM 350z i think it was?? and it sells for like... 320k.... but this one takes alot longer....anyway... im pretty sure most of you all knew this.. haha laterz

or...you could just buy the audi TT-R (race car) and race it in German Championship where you win the ClK-GTR wich is worth 750.000 + the money you win from the races....
if you B-spec the race it will take 15minutes if you skip nurburgring do it 4 times and you will have about 4.000.000 :D

Increase the stabilizers to 5 in the front and rear.
Change the brake balance to 7 in front and 15 in rear.

Here is a pic of me in action with these settings at Grand Valley East.

Please give feedback. I love these setting. I use these setting with race tires and they own. Then for fun, I turned off aids and put s2 tires and its an amazing drift car. So its good for grip and better for drift.

i know this sounds stupid but are you guys using the joypad or a steering wheel

i could drift on gt3 all day long but cannot get the hang of it with 4 i used to drift with the pad on 3 but cannot get on with it on 4 any tips would really help

well, there are some D-pad drifters out there. Sheron is one of them, and he does it very well. But most people on controllers use the analog sticks.
I myself own a DFP and still opt for the DS2 for drifting (definitely use the wheel for racing though)

however, I dont think your post is in an entirely appropriate spot. Do a search for DS2 or something related to the topic you want help with. And have a look at the drift reference in my sig. There are many threads and resources available here to help you. The biggest trick is to practice though. The physics engine is radically different and considerably more real than those in GT3. Everyone takes some time to adapt.

now, back to the settings....

Hey guys! I been reding the forums for a bit, decided I might as well join :P

Anyway I wanted to know if anyone has any onther settings than the one posted by "Drifter5" for the "Toyota Supra 2.5GT Twin Turbo R '90" because when I use those settings I get major wheel spin on turns and off the line. I am using LSD full not 2 way could that be a problem ? Any help is greatly appreciated.

hey sodadrift i'll try and see what i can come up with, BTW can you get original parts for it? I forgot.

I'm going to be working on some no Aids settings for a variety of MR and RR cars.

I notice there aren't any for the Elises (one of my drift platforms of choice) and the Ruf setting given so far has aids on.

Generally I just drift these cars stock...

So far I've been fine tuning what I call The Endless Elise....cause the damn thing keeps on drifting too far so I have to start the drift ridiculously early so I don't go sideways off the far side of the corner.

I will be doing Ruf BTR, and Ruf RGT today as well, and maybe the Garaiya.

Quote from the first page:
If you cannot find the settings you are looking for please PM me your request. Posting it is not necessary. This will conserve bandwidth and space, and will also make updates much easier for me :sly:. Please provide the vehicle's full name and year.
(ie. dont simply ask for Skyline settings since there are 50 of them). Be specific!!!

Please specify in your request if you want driver aids off, or if you're ok with some being left on. I will insert a note beside your request regarding that point. If you do not specify your stance on driver aids, then I won't post your request. It's as simple as that.

Just so you know in the future. Thanks.

The Elise drifts well stock, but getting on the throttle gives the rear too much traction to continue a slide, so I tried to make the rear eager to break loose, while tuning in more fine control.

I find it likes really high entry speeds, but remains easy enough to steer with the throttle to hold some good long lines.

This is the only car I've found that makes N1 tires feel too grippy.

ok, nothin pressing going on in my real life today, so gonna pound out some FR settings and clean up the request list a little.

no update today, but should be a large one tomorrow if all goes well.

BLARGHLEFLARGPLATZ!

Yeah, I made up a word to express my frustration.

I cannot find anything to make the Ruf RGT drift noticeably better than it does bone stock with N2 Front/N1 Rear.

A 2 way Limited Slip helps some corners, hurts others...putting a Full Customize LSD on and leaving the settings is good for some corners, and I noticed that putting the Initial to 8, Accel to 45, and Decel to 10 is great for the tight hairpins at Tsukuba, but its hard as hell to get sideways on the longer turns.

I give up, it has defeated me, next challenge: Ruf BTR.
