With the way it's been going recently, I wouldn't be surprised if my 1960 Chevy is in better shape than the lexus. It's a great car, and pretty fast, but even with a brand new air filter, oil change, oil filter change, new coolant, etc. It seems like it's crapping out on me. the gas mileage seems to be going down the tubes(I'm not a lead foot
), and especially when it's wet, the car doesn't want to get in gear. I'll press the gas pedal as if I'm accelerating normally, and it'll go up to say 3500 rpm, and the speedometer will say I'm going 60 when in reality I'm not moving at all.
What could be the problem? And, it's an auto trans, so I'm not driving around in 1st.
Also, every single light in my Chevy either works or shines brighter than the lights in my Lexus - And the Chevy's 45 years old! One of the Lexus' door panels is badly broken- about to fall off, and it was my friend's dad who broke it.
And, I agree. it is a nice MR2.
I got a Greddy Evo 2 exhaust installed that day. Good stuff
