The RX-7 racer is just making the transition from GOOD to BAD. If he had kept the left side tires on the red/white strip, it would be GOOD.

This image is a little dark, but this run is GOOD. The car appears to be straddling the rumble strip, with the track side tires still on it.

I think you saw this one wrong - there is a clear white line delineating (appropriate word here) the track, and the Clio is well outside it, so off-track. That, or the picture has changed in the meantime, but if I click on it and view the full picture, it's pretty clear this is the same situation as the Honda 800:

It is very worthwhile noting that this is more strict than some other rules out there, which does indeed include the http://db.gtrp.de rules (they changed from db.granturismo.de recently, in case you missed it, because Sony wanted that domain back for PD).

Not everyone may be aware, so it might be necessary to stress that.

I think there is some rumble strip in that dark picture that makes it legal? Clearly the car is outside the white line, but I think it's stuill touching the (barely visible in that picture) rumble strip.

Negative. The rumblestrips is clearly behind the car and where the car on this picture is part or the short track of Autumn Ring. Go see by yourself if you have any doubt.

Its Midfield and there is no curbing, just pavement all the way up to the walls of the bridge.

'thought he was talking 'bout Autumn Ring. It's not the right topic for MidField.

Agreed. It does look like there is rumblestrip BEHIND the Clio, but there isn't any in front of it or under. On my LCD monitor it is hard to tell even in the enlarged version.

If the Clio was on the rumble strip, that picture would be legal, but since it is not on the rumble strip, that is OUT OF BOUNDS.

That looks like Midfield to me, in the second set of pictures. The Amemiya RX-7 in the top picture (click the link) appears to be running at Autumn Ring, as questioned on page 2 of this thread.
It is Midfield , in skimming this post i heard a clio on Autumn Ring:indiff::indiff: [ 1 ; Turn penultimate Mid Strght , 2 ; reverse direction clio the turn aftre the large back arc bend on top of incline PGR3 trackmeister :sly: BLAH! ]
