Its mainly the new breed of Atom I think, like the Atom 2. Which has a supercharged (Like you had guessed) Honda Civic Type-R engine.

Its mainly the new breed of Atom I think, like the Atom 2. Which has a supercharged (Like you had guessed) Honda Civic Type-R engine.

There are actually several models that you can buy, the only difference between them being the engine. The Supercharged Type-R engine is the top of the range.

And yes, the Atom is legal in Europe, but i'm not sure if it is with those wings.

Does it have slicks as well in that picture? I would love to see that thing do a lap of the TG track, it was only a second off the Enzo first time round.

Looks quite funky with the F1 wings, which I'm guessing are more for functionality than cosmetics. I'd take the red one please. :dopey:

It ought to.

However, I'd imagine that it probably falls foul of the crash-test standards - since it will never be sold in the US it'll never have been tested. It'll meet everything else though, since it has everything required of a road car and the emissions won't be a problem from the Civic-sourced 2.0 VTEC...

a supercharged civic with a race exhaust will put out a lot of emissions...

I think its a rather ugly car but I'd still drive the wheels off one.
