Hey Crimson. Not much more has happened with my R8, but not due to bad luck - I haven't been trying. I'm waiting for someone like Smuttney or Ghost to catch me up before I shoot for 355, but I might go ahead anyway soon :)

Viper, sorry to disappoint but I've just remembered I can't do any more 350mph-plus runs for a couple of weeks - Dad's in Qatar for the first round of the World Superbikes, then moves on to Phillip Island for the second round, and he took the digital camera with him :( so I now have no means of recording decent-quality video... :guilty:

Thanks Viper, I think he's a bit nervous as it's his first time representing Pirelli, and he's never been that far from home before but I'm sure he'll love it!

Very confident I can reach much higher speeds. Others on the list in the same car are going 360+, so I'm sure I can too.

BTW- first post. I come by every blue moon and check some stuff out (drift settings, race comps, etc) and was so excited by the 300 club I decided to join and participate. Some may know me as eightsixdrifter9 from Initial D World, I know there are tons of people from there on here.

Er, are they? Not in the R92CP, no. :p

That car is capable of about 350mph, I think, but only when new - the Black cars will do around 330mph.

I'll put you on the leaderboard later today :)

Yo DE, I happened to notice that you had me unlabled as the fastest No-Nos competitor. I decided that that must be fixed:
Chaparal 2D-308.55 MPH

Also, a Nissan Speed:
Nissan R92CP-345.88

Another No-Nos speed (the Jag I was talking about):
Jaguar XJR-9-300.65 MPH

And yet another Le Mans winner:
Mercedes-Benz Sauber C9-339.88 MPH


Also, a couple things:
  1. My Pescarolo '03 speed was 333.61, not 330.61. :D
  2. You have me listed as have already doing a Sauber speed on Jan 12 (leaderboard slot number 88). I could not have done a Sauber speed at that time because I hadn't set up the Sauber, nor did I have my digital Camera at the time. The one noted above is my first one, so the one I'm already said to have done must be someone elses.

Some nice speeds there Toronado, I was actually going to PM you regarding your loss of the Non-Nitrous title but you beat me to it! Good going anyway, I know you like to keep me busy :lol:

EDIT - Leaderboard Updated for the One Hundredth Time

The 88th Spot 'ghost' speed with the Sauber has become yours Toronado, if someone sees this and re-claims it then I'll put it back. Can't think whose it could've been... :guilty:

And your 2003 Pescarolo is two spots up as well. 👍

Naa man its imposible! the key of the Minolta its absulutelly no downforce on front and a little bit on the rear, that way the car flies! but if i add just a little bit on front, the cars a brick!
Ill buy the Pescarolo or win the Sauber and try those out.

PS: Are there any other "worthy" cars to try out??

It was labelled as 'unconfirmed', so it shouldn't have been there anyway. Not sure why it was.

I'm gonna stop complaining about people using the R89c (I wanted to be the first, it's such a special car to me as SSR know), but I don't want to put N2O in it or even modify it at all, so feel free :)
It's already been used, by the way.
