I love it,, The forst Nissan pic rocks mate,, The levels and contrast are fantastic,, It would've looked a wee bit better if the headlights were on though IMO:), Anyways the second one is lovely too,, I love the lighting between the trees,, a little Diffuse glow right:D Great work:tup:
 
Thanks guys. Here's a sister shot to my comp entry, and I've attempted to put in some light from the headlights as per Cascada's suggestion. I've nevery actually seen the headlights from a 350z/Fairlady Z on, so I don't know if I accurately placed the light source (aka lens flare;)). I should also note that I mistakenly said this was a 350Z when it is a Fairlady Z;)

I'm glad to see you. The effect is well placed, but you'd try to use dodge tool (Or brush in dodge mode) to create more realistic results. I think lens flare filter is one of the worst of PS. I'm still working in a small minitutorial about it.

350Z is Fairlady Z. Datsun Z and sucesive Z cars such 300ZX and 350Z are also called Fairlady, but in Europe is sold as a numer model. If all goes ok, I'll post my proto of 500Z in my gallery in a little off-topic, wich was presented in a national design contest.

Btw, your update is amazing as always. Soft, clean, high contrast... you know. :D

Yup,, That is really nice mate:drool: I just love it,, and I like the turned on headlights:) Very clean pic too and I love the light shining throug hthe trees once more,, You've yet not too amaze me:)
 
very nice yet again. very elegant picture for such a sporty car. i love how the lighting and all the colors blend in so smoothly. great work
 
One of the best shots that U have made C_F. Simple shot...looks almost real and the lightning is just perfect. 5 stars quality shot IMO!! Congrats:)
 
This is more of an update for the sake of doing an update. I had good feelings about this car while taking the shots and then when I got them on the computer... well it didn't go quite as planned;)

Great pics! I also think you really have better updates. In fact I don't like much the first lens flare, but in second looks pretty good and real! A diabolic Spirra :scared: lol

Thanks guys. I'm aware this isn't my best work but as I said, this was more an update for the sake of updating;)

Alex, I didn't use a lens flare in either shot. That's just the headlights from in game.
 
Seriously? Wou, that sucks. That could be done when editting levels? Sometimes textures and effects goes wrong with that action. Btw I've noticed the subtle tone of the bonet, awesome pure reflection.

Very nice shots! I especially like the first one, great effect, and you managed to eliminate the tint that track always gives to cars. Just wish your shots were a little larger :)

JT, I'll make the shots in my next update somewhat larger:)

As for the first shot I remembered that I forgot to do any cleanup to it and it has some horrible jaggies:(
 
Now thats what I call a great and beautiful update:) LOVE tha last thumbnail shot...incredible!!! And again...your shots are so real...so close to the real thing...I like that very much!!

Awesome! It's more of a personal preference really, because some people use small pics as an excuse not to do proper cleanup. You obviously don't, I just figure if the pic is that amazing, why not make it large enough to see all the details? :)

Can't wait to see the larger ones!
