I suffer from quite a serious arachnophobia, but for some strange reason, I wouldn't mind touching/holding/probably even having one of those big ones on my face. I have no idea why, but it's mainly other types that creep me out.

Perhaps it's because the other types can leave you in pain or dead without being very obvious?
